Missed delivery
I am waiting for delivery of an iPad, the driver was unable to deliver the package and has returned it to sky. Can I change the delivery address?

No @Sarah126712 for security reasons it has to be delivered to the address on the account. You need to contact Sky to discuss the next steps. Why couldn't the courier deliver?
