Misplaced pac code but they won't give me another

Hi All,  Looking for your help.  Having to leave sky mobile and I requested my pac code.  Got it no bother but unfortunately, it looks like I deleted the text message before I had a chance to write the code down or even use it.  Have tried a few times, to request another one online, just to be told, I already have it.  Tried phoning and it's forever busy or I phone like, the now, and they are closed due to the time 🤔 doh......silly me!!!!   If I was to get through, 9/10, the staff can't understand what I'm saying/asking so then I get really stressed/anxious and I don't want to loose my phone number as I've had it for the last 15 years at least.  Tia xx
