Have you tried a reboot of your phone ?

 

If the same happens is there any background to this like have you moved a number to Sky and has this been working up to today ?

How do I do the reboot? Will I lose everything on my phone if I do this? It hasn't been working for couple of weeks now

No.  A reboot is simply turning it off and back on again.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
