Maximum 5 device limit reached

To keep it brief. Family of 5 with 5 devices through sky. Now saying unable to upgrade online due to reaching maximum of 5 per account. Does anyone know if i phone sky and pay off one of the current devices if i will then be able to upgrade straight away? Thanks

Hi @Mark8t6 all you can do is call and ask. They can only say yes or no. Call on 150. I know it takes a few months once a device is paid off for your online account to allow an upgrade.

Just had a similar issue. Sky wouldn't budge. Unable to upgrade phone but would be fine if one family member was with a different provider.  I kind of regret bringing all my family's contracts together under Sky. Planning to move at least one family member back to another provider now asap.
