Exactly the same in Dorset since the Thunder storm last week

I had the same issue and I'm in Folkestone Kent. Sky said it was a mast issue but seems to me to be an o2 issue! Trouble is companies seem to have problems with being honest with customers about what is really going on especially when it comes to security issues and seeing as you don't live anywhere near me it sounds more like a security problem

Sky piggyback off O2's coverage.

Mast issues are just locally based. Sky don't own or maintain any masts so once the mast in question is fixed you should hopefully be okay. Nothing to do with security.

Re: Mast issues - no data coverage

I live not far from you and I have had no mobile service calls, data the lot for 19 days now. It's driving me mad. There is so much I can't do.

Sky just saying it's being fixed and I need to be patience. they have no real answers. But there is only so much patience one can have. It's really upsetting, I only just moved to Sky mobile after being with Vodafone for 15 years. What a mistake I've made.

It's not Sky's mast to fix...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Lottie130

Sky don't own or maintain any mobile masts so if there is an issue you and others in the area will be relying on a third party fix. No one will know a timeframe for fixing it.

Billing continues through such issues. When it's fixed call Sky and ask it they'll put a credit on your account as a goodwill gesture but unlike Broadband and Sky Talk (where auto compensation is applied) there is no obligation for them to do so.
