Mast issue in my area

Will Sky Mobile inform customers when we can expect to have service restored when there's a mast problem? It's now day two or three of no calls, texts, no access to voice messages. Thanks.

Hi @JBACB  there was a recent issue in my area and I kept checking on the link below, it gave an estimate then it updated when it was all finished, I didn't get messages from sky about it.

And be aware that Sky don't own or maintain any masts so you, and others in the area are relying on a third party fix.

I haven't reported it.  I looked on the Help for Sky Mobile section where it states there's a problem with the mast.  But there's no info on when it might be fixed.

Thank you for this.  I've done that, found that there's a mast issue but there's no mention on when it might be fixed.
