I am trying to make a payment against the Mac listed on my mobile account, but when I select the option I'm always faced with a error screen saying it can't be done at this time, can I ask how else I can pay extra off what's owed?

Call Sky on a phone that has a Sky sim
in it on 150 as they will be able to take the payment from you.
