Making a Complaint
It is difficult trying to find the correct department to make a complaint to, I hope I might get a response here.
I have requested a PAC code for one of the three phones on my account. It didn't work online, I didn't receive a text with a verification code. The same thing happened when I telephoned. I was told that the PAC code could not be sent to the phone that I was requesting the PAC code for! It has to come to my phone, which is now using a SIM from a different provider. I have now been told that a form will be emailed to me which can take 24 hours for a response. This kind of service is so frustrating and typical of most large organisations. I am a VIP member paying over the odds for a poor service and regular price increases. I have had enough and certainly dont feel like a VIP member. I would appreciate a response from someone at Sky to deal with my complaint.

Re: Making a Complaint
You can fill in this form to register a complaint:
https://www.sky.com/help/complaints
This gives Sky 8 weeks to resolve this issue and if they do not you can ask for a deadlock letter to take it further.
