Made an extra payment

I made an extra payment to my bill. But it is not deducted from my total bills, its just deducting very month from my extra payments

Doesn't make much sense but you shouldn't be making manual payments...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Why did you make this extra payment, were you trying to make a payment against a credit agreement ?
