Good morning all.

We have a MacBook Air which we have purchased through Sky - it has been damaged and needs to be repaired.  Does anyone know if this is done through Sky or do we need to take it somewhere independent??

No, it doesn't *have* to be repaired by Sky.

But depending on the age you may find a warranty repair an issue if required later if not performed by an appropriate repairer.
