MacBook Neo delivery updates??

The man on the phone said not to listen to the website it may be a technical glitch 🙄 feel bad for anyone else who orders one today thinking they will be getting it! I haven't cancelled just yet as I'm really holding out hope they do manage to get some in stock 🙏🏻

If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community, which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers. You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here.

There have been numerous posts regarding delays of the MacBook Neo over the last month or so at least which is apparently down to supply issues from Apple.

I've ordered an MacBook neo from sky on 1 September for my studies and today is 2 October. There's no update I called them two weeks ago they said it will be out for delivery in next 1-2 weeks. And two weeks is already done but still no update. Additionally my classes started. Idk how long does it takes. This is ridiculous when I am ordering that MacBook it says delivered within 2-3 weeks and today is more than 4 weeks.

11th august i ordered a blush pink 512gb said 1-2 weeks lol

Ived ended up with a silver one on order as when I complained about the blush I was advised the silver was in stock 

guess what 

no laptops 

yet the website advertising 1-2 weeks delivery

I've been told something different every time I ring, the last one told me it will be no longer than 2 weeks, the one before said Apple have stopped making them, one before that said I would have by end of September and the one before that said I would have by the end of August 🙄 I'm waiting on blush which was a birthday present but looks like it will be a Christmas present by the time it comes 🤦‍♀️

I've not chased it at all. I just left and hoped it would appear before the date I needed it and luckily it should be. Apple didn't have stock. I do think Sky should have been more proactive in explaining that to customers though
