MacBook Air m5 13 inch

I ordered the new MacBook Air m5 13 inch on the 14th of August and I still haven't recieved it, I was wondering how long it take s for sky to receive new stock and how long I will have to wait until I get my product , it still says in progress at the orders section

You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers.

As fellow customers we have no insight into delivery timescales or stock levels.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
