MOBILE PHONE SETUP FRIDAY - HAS NOT WORKED I NEED SUPPORT

I am an Irish customer.  I moved my mobile to your network on Friday evening 5 pm, and it dose NOT work.

My phone cannot find the sim1 Card ....msg.....

SIM1 Cannot connect to network

Please set Access Point Name.

 

 my phone does not work outside of the house, it only works on the sky network,  I need to be truly mobile.

Have you tried calling Sky Ireland from inside the house by dialling 150 from your device?
