I've just had a notification from Sky to say the device I returned as part of my
Mobile swap is of a lower value then expected due to damage. The phone was in perfect condition, how can I find out what damage they've found to understand why the swap price has lowered? Help! Thanks!

Hi @Jengos1983 call sky on 150 and ask them for proof of damage and if you are still unhappy then ask them to return your phone and sell it elsewhere. Did you take photos of your phone to prove it was not damaged before you sent it back ?
