Anyone know how I can get a replacement sim

with the same number losted my phone and sim

You can either call Sky or if you are the account holder we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you via here tomorrow about this if you prefer ?

Are you the Sky Mobile account holder and do you still have access to the primary mobile phone number?

If you are we may be able to get you some help via the Community Messaging Team on here.
