Lost

Actually my phone has been lost , My company do not gave me phone for insurance so I humble request to you release mg bill.

Unfortunately you still have to pay until the full credit balance is cleared.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

As @PandJ2020 has corrected advised you, you are responsible for all future payments until the device is paid off. 

If you haven't done it yet you need to notify Sky of the loss. 


It may also be a good idea to register any loss/theft on the Immobilise website https://www.immobilise.com
