Lost sky mobile SIM and no access to sky Q box for verification ?

So I can't get a replacement SIM as I can't get to sky Q box mobile account attached to. 

Should I just cancel all my accounts as SKY are no help ?.

Not sure what you mean by a "Sky Q box mobile account", so just use the social media links at the bottom of this page if you haven't got another mobile or a landline phone to use.

For verification they want to know the serial number of my Q box that mobile account is linked to. I can't get to that so basically they can't help me replace my broke SIM.

Not heard of that requirement before. Your mobile account is totally separate to any Sky Q or broadband account. 

 

Your Sky Q serial number can be found at Settings>System Info> Serial number.

yes your right, I can't get to it as it's at another address. Ex partner and I can't go or talk to at present. So what can I do ? If I cancel the sky Q account, how can I verify myself without use of my sky SIM number?  So frustrating this has become.
