Lost phone

Hi,

 

I lost my phone in Indonesia. I am unable to call the phone number to report it as stolen because I have no sim and I will be charged to call from abroad with someone else's phone. How do I get a replacement eSIM if I can't report it as stolen!

This link explains how to report a lost or stolen mobile to Sky including a number to call if abroad

Only the account holder can report it to Sky.

 

You could also try social media, the links to which are at the bottom of the forum page.
