Lost order
Ordered a phone last week. DPD stole it on Monday. An investigation was raised on Tuesday. Nobody from the investigation team has been in touch. I contact customer service every day, they tell me to give the investigation team 72hrs. That has now been & gone and still nobody has been in touch & customer service won't tell me anything. It's very poor and I still have a phone. What is going on at sky mobile?

You have to give Sky and DPD chance to investigate. These things sometimes take time.

@Daniel0210 You're missing the point, I was told 72hrs. Sky have requested the phone be sent back to them but nobody from sky has bothered to tell me this. Poor customer service is exactly what it is

To investigate this in conjunction with DPD in 72 hours I think was a little optimistic. What is confusing is
