Lost network service

I have a Motorola E3 phone and have recently lost network service..  I have checked the phone for updates and have tried adding APN details but get 'Access Point Names are not available for this user'. When I reset APN to default, information for Tele2 Services' comes up and I cannot edit it to the Sky details. I have cleaned and reseated the SIM, but the SIM status still says 'Emergency calls only - Sky'.  I've recently returned from America and couldn't get a signal out there, but assumed I would be able to when I returned.  That hasn't happened.  As I'm not getting texts, I can't get network settings if I request them through my account.

Since returning back to the UK have you made sure your device is set to automatic or home:

Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to automatic or home.

Re: Lost network service

My son has the same problem - no network.  I've followed the steps you suggest but can't get it to just Automatic - it keeps also selecting Sky Settings.  Any suggestions?
