I have placed an order for ipad pro 13.
In the delivery I received there is no item in it, but I have been getting charged for the ipad pro. Can anyone please help me with the issue with delivery or in cancelling the billing amount.

This appears to be a global issue whereby criminals manage to get into the delivery chain somehow and obtain the device, as suggested above all you can do is to report it to Sky so they can start an investigation and until that is complete (and it can take weeks) you will have to keep paying for something you haven't actually got.
