Hi, my daughter lost her phone and I've just ordered her a new sim. The problem is when I ordered the sim online it didn't say which sim it was for, also do I need to cancel the old SIM card.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you ordered a replacement sim it will come with the same number as the list one so when you activate it the lost ne will stopping working.
If you ordered a new sim it will come with a new number so you/she needs to call Sky on the free 150 number to ask them to block the lost one.
