Loose piggy bank data

If I change from a sim only contract to a phone & data contract will I loose my data that I have accrued

No, as long as you don't cancel the last SIM on your account.

No because the only way your saved data would be lost is if you cancelled your Sky Mibile account so nothing changes when you add a phone to your current sim.
