Logging into app

Hi, I had a notification from my email saying I was running low on data and to download the app to roll over data from the previous months. 
when I try to log in it says I'm not allowed to login. It has me down as my mums name even though the phone contact is my account

Are you using the correct login but if it says you are not authorised then it could be you are using the wring one.
