Little to no signal

For the last few months I have been having an issue with signal. Either nothing at all or very limited. I have reset all settings and made sure the IP is right for data. Nothing is working. Nothing is going on in the area. I'm at a point where I'm just going to cancel my contract and go elsewhere.
