320gb of data has just disappeared from account? Whats going on and why?

Data expires after 12 months.

hi @Sheena9 sky sent out emails last year stating that changes were being made and any unused data in your piggybank more than 12 months old would disappear.

So after 04/06/25 any data older than 12 months is being removed as per the new Sky Mobile Piggybank T's and C's. Customers were made aware of this change in the April 2024 price change letters/emails but it's only recently come into effect.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards and NOT via Direct Messaging so DMs are switched off
