Linking skyID

I had an 'upgrade' with sky 3 weeks ago, I've called several times ,I've emailed several times .When I go to my sky.com it shows a sky ID with my name ,yet sky are saying that's not the sky ID .Passed to technical who said they would call back but haven't. Phone now restricted, can't call sky ,can't access piggybank or pay my bill .. nobody seems to be helping resolve an issue on their side .

You shouldn't need to link your account again as your S25 should be on the same account as your S20 was so is not the case ?
