I have a sky TV account and a sky mobile account however when I try to link my sky mobile account I get an error message. I ve put in my surname, postcode and last six digits of my account number used for mobile payments. I think it might be because my sky TV payments come out of a different account. Cannot find a number to call. Can anyone help?

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
