Linking mobile to sky ID error

Hi, 

I'm trying to link my Sky Mobile to my Sky account. 


Every time I've tried, I keep getting 'Sorry, we are experiencing some technical difficulties, please try again later'. I need to sign a contract to be able to swap my current phone for a new one, but i can't access the contract without linking the accounts

 

This is really frustating as I need to swap the phones but I can't, it's prolonging the process more than it already is sending my current phone back to sky then waiting for them to send my new one out!

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated
