Link sky id

What am I doing wrong. My app has stopped working so I cant transfer data. I have followed the link to link my sky id but this still isn't working. Can anyone help. Thanks

You shouldn't have to link your account if you had already done this so when you try to access your piggybank what is happening ?

Nothing.  Ive been on holiday and come back k and the app isn't the same. Ive logged in to the app again and its not bringing it up. I go to mobile at the top of the page and it does nothing

 just shows this all the time but wont do anything

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
