Link mobile to sky id

I am an existing sky tv customer and have purchased a 2 new mobile's. I keep being told i have to link existing id to mobile account to activate sims.  But i do not have a mobile account as they were ordered on mysky account so i am just going in circles and online person just kept giving me same response

What the message should say is that you need to link your mobile account to your Sky ID as your ID is where your TV account is also linked to so this should help you to do this:

Thankyou for your reply but when i ordered the phones it was from mysky account so i didnt set up a mobile account so i do not have to link so im in a circle

If you give Sky a call on 150 they should be able to help you with this so when calling day nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line.
