Leaving sky

I want to cancel my number cause i already bought another sim card from different provider so i want to deactivate everything from sky thnxx

You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is made up predominantly of Sky customers helping other Sky customers which includes additional help from customers who are Superusers like myself.

Presumably you are the account holder? You can cancel the sim if you've had it 12 months or longer. You'll need to call Sky to cancel it. You can't cancel it here or online. Dial 150 from your Sky mobile. If you haven't had it 12 months then early termination fees will be applied.
