Hi. My contract began in November 2022, I pay one monthly payment split into 2 parts, 1 for the phone and 1 for the SIM. I know that I am past the initial 12 months so am eligible to cancel the SIM penalty free. However, if I get a PAC number from another provider and give it to Sky, will this automatically cancel BOTH parts of my contract or just the SIM? I do not want to cancel my handset contract, I just want to change provider for my SIM. Thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreNow you're 'out of contract' then you can stop/move the SIM component elsewhere.
Requesting a PAC code will not impact any credit agreement on the device.
