Late payment

My last late payment as in l only pay for sim next month and l can't call and the online app that doesn’t help please someone help me l call and it says spending cap is not true l late payment please help

Sorry @Donna104 but your post is difficult to read, are you saying your mobile has been suspended due to a bill not being paid ?

Not sure what you mean by this.  The spend cap restricts additional charges (e.g. roaming, international calls) and not your base bills.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
