Kenya roaming

As soon as I landed in Kenya I got charged £200 for data. I thought it was £2 a day. 
im now blocked from using data  so I not have the daily charge in Kenya ??

Kenya is a (very expensive) Rest Of The World destination.

Did you check here before you left the UK because Kenya is not a £2 daily roaming country so as you have found out you are charged per GB what you use and this can be as high as £2,160 per GB (yes this is correct):

Unfortunately apart from some of the north coast countries and South Africa itself, the vast majority of the continent is not covered by the expanded £2 roaming.

 

I really wish Sky wouldn't refer to 'global' in this context because that's potentially so misleading.  Of roughly 195 countries on the planet, £2 roaming covers 120.
