Keeps saying techinal issue when trying to upgrade my device

Hi there, 

Is sky mobile down at the moment? It keeps saying technical issues on skys side when trying to update my device. I've tried three different ways and still the same message.

@Maz277666 

If you mean you are trying to upgrade it then Sky will do this for you if you call them on 150, say nothing when asked any questions by the bot.
