So I did decide long time ago I'm keeping the iPhone 12 mini but when I'm trying to buy other mobile laptops contracts it says swap phone after but won't be doing that. It does not give an option to say not swapping phone.

Hi @Jaylondon just login to your account then go to sky.com and choose the phone you want, don't try to upgrade or swap.
