Keep getting error when trying to submit PAC

I received a new sim from Sky and activated my sim today but when I submit my PAC to

retsin my old number it just keeps giving me an error

Which network are you transferring from?  (You can't transfer within a network)

Call Sky (on 150) and see if they can apply the PAC for you.
