It seems I have been paying for a SIM plan that has never been used. The sim came with the phone that was ordered but never activated. Instead my son put his old sim in instead of switching the numbers over. So this has gone unnoticed until now. Any chances I can request a refund.

@63johnw Thanks for your reply. I have now sorted this problem. I have escalated to Sky Experts and cancelled said SIM.
