Just Moved to Sky from EE

Hi,

 

I got my new phone and sim card 2 days ago and the speeds are TERRIBLE !!!!

3.02 DL & 0.82 UL

I have been able to use 0.1 of my data in the first 48 hours ???

 

What is going on here ?

You have a cooling off period if you're not happy.  Speeds are always location dependent.

Sky Mobile is an MVNO on the O2 network, so coverage may well be different to EE.

Unfortunately Sky uses O2 which is widely regarded as the slowest of the four main networks. In contrast EE is always first or second.
