I recently changed to sky mobile and purchased a new phone. I kept my number, my device is still showing my 02 which I have deleted. I thought I had everything set up but don't feel I'm getting the right coverage

A few questions:

 

Are you using a sim or esim ?

Did you use a pac code to transfer your number from O2 to Sky ?

If the Sky sim in the phone and has been activated ?

Yes I did use a pac code my data is showing 02 and Sky. I did select to keep my number
