Its not you its us

  • Does anyone else habe trouble trying to upgrade the phone online I get to a certain point keeps saying sorry it's not you its us been like that over a week now

Have you tried a different browser or even clearing the cache? Failing that call Sky from your current device (dial 150) and an agent can place the order for you.

Tje only way around this will be to call Sky for free on 150 and let them place the upgrade order for you,
