Issues with pixel 7a

I am a new sky mobile customer in Ireland. I'm not getting 5g, just LTE - I'm in an area with perfect 5g network, and have been in larger towns with the phone, still no 5g. 

Is this a network issue? A pixel issue? All settings are present and correct as far as I'm aware.
