Issues with online chat

Each and every time I use online chat for mobile issues I end up speaking to people (removed)

You clearly tell them your issue / issues 

And they come back with a completely different answer or solution that's not even closely relevant to the problem.

I mean it could be a very poor implantation of AI but no I believe it's a human  (removed)

And you go round and round never getting anywhere near resolution.

Like the latest interaction were I ordered 2 esims never received them even tho it was clearly confirmed but I asked and asked for them to be reorderd but kept being offered something else .

In the end I gave up and end the chat wow oh wow

Just mad ea post about how ridiculous sky agents are .

No swearing at all but it's been pulled why ? 

I'm a customer who is angry and what's to know if anyone has the same issue what you scared of sky ?

@TheTruthBomb Your post has probably be snatched by the spam filter, if it was a member of staff that removed it you would have received a message stating it had been removed and why, the spam filter is inconsistent and can snatch posts that are perfectly fine, it should be released once the moderators see it on Monday(should it be fine and not contain anything that may well be spam).
