Issues buying a phone from sky

I ordered two Samsung s25 phones with the free Samsung watches after sky having a glitch with their credit agreement page (it shows it was signed my end but not sky's) I've been told to cancel the order and start again which I did over the phone, the credit agreement had the same issue as the first time, I've repeated this process a further two times on the advice of sky customer service. After the last time they said the offer wasn't on anymore and I couldn't have the phone and watch even tho I've spent £48 in upfront payments and sky's about to take the first monthly payment of £44.

On Friday I was promised that the two phones and watches would be sent out I chased it up today only to be told that they were not posting them and the resolution they proposed is £28 a month instead of the £22 I signed up to and free early buds instead of a watch.
