Issues at Sky
Tried to change my sim plan (three times) system keeps crashing and nobody available on the phone!

Agents are available, there's just probably a high volume of calls especially after a period of bad weather / storms.

Just stay on the line for as long as you can as you should get to someone after a while. You can also contact Sky via one of the social media links at the bottom of the page.

Tried chat bot, no use. Spoke to the wrong department, got transferred, call got dropped after 10-15 mins, called back 3 times since this morning, every time it specifies they are having technical difficulties and to call back later, then call gets cut off.
