Issues activating a sim as a existing customer

I've just bought a new phone and sim deal. However I already have a sim with sky but it's registered under a family members account. I need to activate my new sim and keep my number. 

when I press activate new sim it asks for a PAC code but I don't have one as I'm not changing provider due to already being with sky. 

if I press activate replacement sim it just takes me back to my account where I have to start again. Any advice is appreciated

Hi @Lily49  you can't port the number from one sky account to another. The only way to transfer that number is to use the PAC to port the old number to a different network on PAYG then port it back to the new sim.

I AM A SKY CUSTOMER AND NI HAVE TO ACTIVATE MY NEW SIM CARD , BUT IT WONT LET ME AS I HAVE TO HAVE MY OLD PAC CODE  FROM  MY OLD MOBILE NUMBER 

AS I AM AN EXSISTING CUSTOMER  

PLEASE CAN YOU GIVE ME THE 9 CHARACTER DIGITS FOR THE NEW IPHONE 15

You don't need a pac code to activate a Sky sim as you need to enter the code that came with the sim.
