Issue with number transfer

Hi, I've just bought a new phone and moved to sky from Tesco, I've kept my number and had the message to say my number has transferred across, but I can't send texts or revive calls, I can only use WhatsApp and iMessage which is data based and in my settings it's the wrong number and won't let me change it, can anyone help?

If this is an iphone refresh the network settings so go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.
