Issue with checkout/basket

Im trying to get a new mobile devise and sim card contract, however when i go to checkout there is no pay option. just a blank screen with my basket visable with an option to minimise and maximise the basket. any ideas how to actually pay/start the plan?

If the same the happens if you try using a different web browser or device then calling Sky will be the only way to get the order placed.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

thank you, ill try this when phone lines are back open as  i beleive they will be closed now. thanks again
