Issue with bill payment

Hello, 

 

my last payment had failed because I changed my card. 

I cannot manage my payment from my sky account. 

would you please help.

Does Sky usually take your payment from your card or from your bank account as a direct debit ?

So directly from your bank account, if so that is a direct debit and your card plays no part in it so if it has failed you don't need to do anything as Sky will try again in 10 days time.
